Nova Southeastern University

Nova Southeastern University is located in Fort Lauderdale in southeastern Florida.

The Entry- Level Doctor of Physical Therapy (EDPT) Program is a campus-based program located in the College of Health Care Sciences at Nova Southeastern University (NSU) in Ft. Lauderdale.

The 3-year program includes 41 weeks of full time clinical training. Student-learning experiences occur in a combination of traditional instruction, case-based interactive learning, and clinical lab skills training. Clinical education training begins in the fall semester of year one. Students are admitted in the summer semester and graduates are awarded a DPT degree upon satisfactory completion of all requirements.

Faculty and students are committed to active participation in the profession, scholarship and service. Students are exposed to serving community populations, including the medically underserved and uninsured, through service learning and clinical education experiences.

Nova Southeastern University also offers a 4-year hybrid Program in Tampa, Florida that uses interactive online classes and on-campus institutes.
